It’s been quiet here since July 2025, but there’s been plenty of creating.
I took much of the past year away from painting to design and build my home studio and greenhouse, along with a Western Gothic speakeasy in the basement. My creativity went into making spaces, and now I get to enjoy them.
Being back at the canvas feels pretty wonderful. I’ve been falling back in love with fingerpainting, experimenting with oils, and making a mess with charcoals.
Lately, a few spooky characters have joined the animals keeping me company. I'll share those soon, but for now, how cute is this bear?! He's now hanging at No Drought Brewing.

Goodness, I’m happy to be covered in paint again.
I’ll be sharing more of the paintings, the process, and the life taking shape around them. I’m glad you’re here.
